Cornerstone at Milford, at 11 Birch St., will celebrate completion of its construction this week with an open house. The event, scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, will include hors d'oeuvres, tours of the completed building and meet key employees. Some of the inaugural residents also are expected to attend. Cornerstone will offer apartments for assisted living, and also features a memory care section. Occupancy is expected in January 2014.
