How Are You Liking All The New LED Streetlights In Milford?
Maybe you haven't noticed, but more than a thousand streetlights have been replaced.

MILFORD, MA—Is your drive around town a little brighter? Maybe not, but the lighting is more energy-efficient.
Approximately 1,300 LED streetlights have been installed on the streets of Milford, according to an update given by Town Administrator Richard Villani at a Board of Selectmen meeting. That means that roughly 80 percent of the town's 1,722 lights have been converted.
Villani said he's filing paperwork with National Grid for a rebate that will total $120,650 after the installation is completed.
