MILFORD, MA — Milford this week will auction off two properties the town foreclosed on due to nonpayment of property taxes.

The properties at 41 Beaver and 52 Emmons will be the subject of a live auction on Thursday at town hall. The Emmons property is being sold as 0.16 acres of developable land after an abandoned home at the address was demolished.

The 41 Beaver St. home was foreclosed upon earlier this year after the person living there was moved. The single-family home is being sold as is. A one-hour open house for the property will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday before the auction begins.
