Milford July 4 Parade Steps Off On Independence Day
Here's what to know about the 2024 July 4 parade coming to Milford.
MILFORD, MA — Although Milford's July 4 fireworks show will wait until Friday, the annual Independence Day parade will take over the downtown area on Thursday.
The parade will begin around 10 a.m. near the corner of Routes 16 and 109 and will travel all the way through the downtown area until Draper Park.
The parade will feature local businesses, veterans, music and displays of Americana and patriotism, local sports mascots and other performers, according to organizers. The parade also features the usual children's bike parade.

The parade will be held rain or shine, but the current forecast calls for sunny skies July 4 morning and warm temperatures.
Thursday's parade will be followed Friday by the Milford Lions fireworks celebration centered around Plains Park. Starting at 6 p.m., there will be music, food and room for spectators to enjoy the fireworks display.
