Milford PD Participates In Pink Patch Project, Raises Money For Local Cancer Patients
The police department will raise funds for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation.

MILFORD, MA — Milford police officers will help raise money for a local foundation this month.
The Milford Police Department announced that it will participate in the Pink Patch Project on Wednesday. The department said it will sell pink patches and those proceeds would go to the Joe Andruzzi Foundation.
The Joe Andruzzi Foundation, based in North Attleborough, provides financial assistance to cancer patients in New England and their families during treatment.

Anyone who donates $10 can go to the police department with proof of donation to pick up their pink patch. You can donate here.
"The Joe Andruzzi Foundation aims to help alleviate the financial burden families face while loved ones battle the disease," wrote the Milford Police Department in a news release. "We are proud to stand alongside our community in the fight against cancer and invite you to join us in supporting this important cause."
