Milford Police Log: Vehicle Broken Into at Stop & Shop, Laptop Stolen

Wednesday, Oct. 29
At 7:23 a.m., a caller reported to Milford police that his vehicle had been broken into sometime between 6 and 6:30 p.m. the previous evening while parked in the Stop and Shop parking lot on East Main Street. A laptop and change was reportedly taken from the car.
At 7:31 a.m., Mendon Police reported an erratic driver was entering Milford on South Main Street and that the vehicle was crossing the marked lines on the roadway. Officers responded and spoke with the driver, who checked out okay but reported he spilled coffee while driving.

At 9:05 a.m., a caller from Workforce Central Career Center on Fortune Boulevard reported that a male client gestured toward him with his hand in the shape of a gun and making shooting noises as if to threaten him.
At 10:45 a.m., a woman reported to police that her cell phone was stolen while trying to break up a fight at a house party, and that she had received Facebook messages in regards to the phone’s whereabouts.

At 12:38 p.m., a caller reported a homeowner on Pond Street had been blowing leaves and debris into the roadway.
At 1:49 p.m., a caller reported that she hit a mailbox and caused damage to her vehicle while driving on Howard Street.
At 2:42 p.m., a caller reported a minor accident in the parking lot of Valero Quick Shop on East Main Street. No injuries were reported.
At 2:43 p.m., a caller reported her credit card had been used fraudulently in multiple locations.
At 4:59 p.m., a caller reported an open door at a home on Rogers Street. Officers responded and secured the home and that all was in order.
At 10:13 p.m., a caller reported a fire alarm sounding on Fairview Road.
