Police Log: Caller Reports a Mouse Planted in her Basement
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Nov. 17
7:05 a.m.: An employee at Spectrum Health Systems said a patient had just left the facility while under the influence. Police cruisers were notified via BOLO.
9:35 a.m.: A caller on Hayward Street said a man would not leave the property. Police responded and arrested Keyon M. Arthur, 31, of 56 Hayward St., Apt. A, Milford, on two warrants.
12:50 p.m.: A caller said she found a handgun in her house which belongs to her husband, who she has a restraining order against. Police responded, it was an air rifle and a replica.
1:32 p.m.: A caller at Fino Field said a man was drinking outside his car, and when the caller noticed him, he got into his vehicle and moved near the back lot. The car was gone when police arrived.
2:56 p.m.: A caller on Princeton Drive said his vehicle had been hit in the last 10 days, not sure where. He noticed damage to the right quarter front panel.
7:24 p.m.: Loud music and banging were reported on Maher Court.
8:08 p.m.: A caller on Sumner Street said a tractor trailer truck was trucking in flammable gas at Maine Oxy. He said there is a restriction on the license that prohibits that at that hour. Police responded but the truck was gone.
9:21 p.m.: A woman said she had let her aunt watch her daughter for two weeks, and now the aunt refuses to relinquish the daughter, saying she is going to court for custody. Police advised the mother how to proceed.
11:41 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters and reported he was the victim of internet fraud.
Monday, Nov. 18
7:33 a.m.: Police were checking on the well-being of a caller who said a mouse was planted in her basement.
7:51 a.m.: A caller on Congress Street said a large rock was in the middle of the road.
9:52 a.m.: The mother who called police on Sunday said the family member still has her child and will not give her back.
10:17 a.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and said she noticed damage on her vehicle and she may have struck another vehicle while at the Milford RMV. She said her child was screaming at the time and she did not notice the damage until she left.
11:53 a.m.: A woman said her husband had friends over to watch football, and after they left, she noticed medication had been taken from the home.
12:21 p.m.: Police responded to Spruce Street. Police arrested Sarah E. Mandell, 21, of 14 Purchase St., Apt. 3, Milford, on a warrant.
1:31 p.m.: A caller said he left his phone in the bathroom at Dunkin Donuts on East Main Street, and it's not there anymore. He called back and said he found it.
2:56 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters and said his wallet had been stolen out of his vehicle on Esther Drive, sometime overnight.
4:13 p.m.: The manager at Wendy's said a vehicle was parked on the lawn on the Cedar Street side of the restaurant property, by someone with the CasiNo group. They were asked to leave but refused. Police responded.
