Video: Milford Man Assaulted In Court Amid Murder Arraignment

A video shows Ryan Sweatt, 36, being attacked in the hallway of a Framingham courthouse on Tuesday.

MILFORD, MA — The Milford man accused of hitting a 26-year-old woman with his car during a road rage incident in Hopkinton was assaulted in court Tuesday during his arraignment on a murder charge.

Ryan Sweatt, 36, was charged with murder Tuesday at district court in Framingham. Prosecutors say he hit Destini Decoff, 26, also a Milford resident, after she got out of a car during a road rage incident in early April. She died several days after the assault at a hospital in Worcester.

WHDH reporter Steve Cooper tweeted a video of the incident, showing Sweatt getting pummeled while walking down a crowded hallway in the Framingham courthouse.
