Robert Sweeney is running for re-election for the first time as a member of the Milton Board of Selectmen. He will be challenged by former Warrant Committee member Kathleen Conlon. Sweeney and Conlon have already begun campaigning and appeared at the Milton Council on Aging last week.
There are also seven candidates running for four constable positions. The four incumbents include Tamara Berton, Stephen Freeman, Justin O'Shea and Edward Villard. Eric Issner, Robert Mason and Gary Nunley will also appear on the ballot.
As of last week, Alexander Whiteside was running unopposed for a seat on the Planning Board. Todd Hamilton has submitted papers to run against the longtime Planning Board member.
Katherine Shea will be challenged by former School Committee member Christopher Huban for a seat on the Housing Authority.
Robert Mason is also running for re-election as a Milton Cemetery Trustee. He will be opposed by James Stroud.
