BID-Milton to Celebrate 110th Anniversary at Annual Gala

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton will celebrate its 110th anniversary atits annual gala on May 15, 2013 at Lombardo’s in Randolph.

Net proceeds from the event will support the BID-Milton’s newly-opened Center for Orthopaedic Care.The center includes a multi-speciality group of orthopaedists providing surgical and non-surgical care fora wide range of bone and joint injuries and conditions.

“BID-Milton has a proud tradition of putting the patient first when it comes to delivering care,” saidEvent Co-Chair Mary Lou Ashur, MD. “The Center for Orthopaedic Care is the latest example of our longhistory of compassionate, quality medical care.”

“This event promises not only to be a fun, high-energy evening, but is also an opportunity to help BID-Milton continue to shape the way healthcare is delivered in a community setting,” Dr. Ashur said.

Live auction items will include Red Sox luxury box tickets, yacht sailing, and vacation getaways, includinga “retreat into luxury” at the oceanside Hotel L’Esplanade in beautiful St. Martin. What better way to recuperate from this long winter but among the tropical gardens and warm breezes?

The event will also feature a Grono and Christie jewelry shopping spree raffle, a silent auction anddinner. The Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton Medical Staff will serve as the Event Sponsor.
