Quigley Jr., a Milton resident, has been elected to the <a href="http://newenglandcouncil.com/about/board-of-directors/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">New England Council</a>'s board of directors, according to a press statement Thursday. The New England Council is a non-partisan alliance of businesses, academic and health institutions, and public and private organizations. Quigley has been president of Curry since 1996.
