Firefighters Responding To Chemical Spill In Mattapan

MATTAPAN — Firefighters are responding to a report of a chemical spill in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood Thursday morning.

Fire crews and trucks are on the scene at MassBiologics, located at 460 Walk Hill Road.

Hazmat companies responded, and a spokesperson for the Boston Fire Department says the spill has been mitigated.

The Boston Fire Department says Hazmat Techs will remain on scene to supervise the clean-up.

Boston EMS evaluated one worker for injuries.
