Longtime Milton Baseball President Kevin Berry Steps Down

Berry presided over the league for 20 years.

After two decades as president of Milton Baseball, a fixture of the local league has decided to step down.

Kevin Berry, president of the Milton American Baseball league, has served for 20 years coaching and overseeing the American League players from age 4 through 12, according to a statement.

In addition he has been a coach of many Spring, Summer and Babe Ruth teams along with the player/manager of the Al Thomas Baseball Club that plays in the Yawkey League in Boston, the statement says.

Milton American has created a Board of Directors and Advisory Board to administer the many activities of the league with Berry’s departure.
