Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties, recently moved their Milton clinic to 2 Granite Avenue in Milton, MA.

The new space provides an expanded clinic with 3,000 square feet. The clinic offers specialized programs tailored to each patients’ needs. The highly trained staff is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for patients of all ages and conditions. The clinic offers a 60 minute evaluations to help determine the primary cause of pain and debilitation. They also take a detailed history and evaluate patients using a myriad of special tests to help develop a rehab plan that will address a patient’s specific needs.
