Flags around the region have been lowered in honor of the victims of yesterday's Boston Marathon explosions. On Tuesday afternoon the flags all around the Town of Milton lowered the flags. Governor Deval L. Patrick has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered until further notice.
