The Animal Control Officer was notified.</li> <li>At 2:21 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious male on Blue Hill Avenue. An officer located the party and reported he was working for a soliciting group.</li> <li>At 8:04 p.m. Thursday, an officer reported two individuals engaged in a verbal argument on Reedsdale Road. Peace was restored.</li> </ul>
