The Fired Department was notified and handled the situation.</li> <li>At 10:09 p.m. Tuesday, a caller in East Milton reported she was the victim of an assault and battery. The suspect, William Concannon, 47, fled on foot toward East Milton Square. The responding officer located Concannon at the East Milton Fire House, where he was arrested for domestic assault and battery.</li> </ul>
