The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department. <ul> <li>At 8:43 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported an injured seagull at Thacher Street and Central Avenue. The Animal Control Officer was notified.</li> <li>At 1:16 p.m. Thursday,a 911 caller reported that a customer refused to pay her cab fare on Adams Street. An officer reported peace was restored and the parties were sent on their way.</li> <li>At 2:15 p.m. Thursday, a 911 caller reported a white male with dark glasses, black hair and a beard that was wearing a green shirt and driving a black Nissan flashed a gun at her in the area of Eliot Street and Adams Street. Boston and State Police were notified. Officers checked the area with negative results.</li> </ul>
