Police Log: Subject Steals From Grandmother

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Friday, August 13 to Sunday, August 15.

  • At 2:49 a.m. Friday, a caller on Adams Street reported her grandson just broke into her home, stole money from her purse and fled on foot. The subject was described as a white male, five-foot-one, blond hair and wearing a baseball cap. A second caller on Eaton Street reported a male fitting that description was just standing in her driveway before fleeing toward Washington Street. Braintree Police were called and reported they were familiar with the subject. Braintree Police sent their K9 unit for assistance. Officers took the party into custody.
  • At 3:52 a.m. Sunday, a caller on Blue Hill Avenue reported she heard a person screaming somewhere in the area. Officers located the party in question and reported he would voluntarily go to the hospital for a psychological evaluation. Fallon transported the individual to Carney Hospital.
