One party was transported to Milton Hospital.</li> <li>At 12:15 p.m. Thursday, an officer on detail reported on party under arrest for operating under the influence on Smith Road.</li> <li>At 9:33 p.m. Thursday, a caller on Dyer Avenue reported youths playing basketball in the street and being loud. An officer spoke with the youths and their parents. They were advised to keep the noise level down.</li> </ul>
