Be A Sap....Collector In Natick During Sugaring Season
Here's a volunteer opportunity you don't get often - help collect sap during sugaring season.
NATICK, MA—Guaranteed this would be a great party topic for you.
The Natick Community Organic Farm is "looking for strong women and men to help us collect sap throughout the sugaring season."
To do it, you've got to be at least 14 years old and be able to consistently lift and carry 40 pounds--"cuz sap is mostly water, and water is heavy.

"All your crossfit/gym rat sorts, this is a super real-life meaningful work out, so come put those beautiful muscles to work for a good cause.
If you can help out email Casey Townsend, assistant farm director, at casey@natickfarm.org. The farm hauls sap when Mother Nature tells them to, so there will be chances to help on both weekdays and weekends.
