MSBA Unanimously Votes to Accept Memorial Elementary Building Project for Feasibility Study

The MSBA voted unanimously to accept Natick Public Schools' Application for a Memorial Elementary School building project Feasibility Study

Boston – Representative David P. Linsky (D-Natick) announced that the Massachusetts School Board Authority (MSBA) voted unanimously to accept Natick Public Schools’ application for a Memorial School building project Feasibility Study. Following this vote, Natick Public Schools will work alongside the MSBA to assess the construction of a new or renovated and expanded school in Natick to replace the existing Memorial Elementary School.

The MSBA’s Feasibility Study phase allows districts, in partnership with the MSBA, to explore and identify the most cost-effective and educationally appropriate solutions to be implemented in the renovation or construction of new or renovated and expanded school facilities.

“I was very happy to see this project approved to move forward into the Feasibility Study stage,” said Representative Linsky. “I am grateful for the continued strength of the Town of Natick’s partnership with the MSBA, and I look forward to seeing this project continue progressing towards the construction of a new, improved school building for our community here in Natick.”
