Natick Center Station Access Points Changing In 2023: What To Know

These changes come as part of the ongoing accessibility improvement project, slated for competition in 2024.

NATICK, MA — The $36 million accessibility improvement project at Natick Center Station is ongoing, and riders will see adjustments coming in 2023.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority announced that the entrances to Natick Center station will be relocated on Washington Street for access to inbound and outbound platforms starting on Jan. 2 through the end of 2023.

This adjustment will allow for work on the new accessible platforms, officials said. A map of the new entry points is included in the tweet below:

The project, when it's completed, will feature two new elevators, two accessible ramps and six stairways, all aimed at bettering accessibility and rider experience at one of the MBTA's busiest commuter stations.

Officials are aiming for 2024 to fully complete the project.
