Natick Girls Soccer Wins State Championship
The Natick High School girls soccer team is bringing home the state championship trophy after a 2-0 win over Bishop Feehan.
NATICK, MA — Natick High School girls soccer are state champions again, making it the second time in three years that the program has reached the mountaintop.
Natick defeated Bishop Feehan 2-0 on Saturday in Walpole to grab the victory despite injuries. Goals were scored early by Cassidy Moriarty and Kira Henderson and the Redhawks never looked back.
The team rode a 5-2 victory over Brookline into the state championship game, making way for the top two teams in the bracket to face off.

In the semifinal matchup, Cassidy Moriarty led the team to victory, scoring two goals and assisting on a third.
Natick finished the year at 16-1-1, and defeated Weymouth, Boston Latin, Concord-Carlisle and Brookline on the way to the championship.
