Natick Paving That Will Bring 'Heavy Delays' Rescheduled
The paving work originally scheduled for this week has been moved to next week, officials announced. Here's what to know.

NATICK, MA — Paving work that was expected to bring "heavy delays" to Natick has been rescheduled for a later date, officials said.
Officials announced plans for the final stages of paving work that will take place on North Main Street — Route 27 — on Thursday and Friday of this week.
However, officials announced those dates were canceled and moved to Nov. 12 and 13 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both dates.

Paving work is scheduled in the following areas:
- Oak Knoll Road
- Bacon Street Intersection from Neil Circle to N. Pleasant Street
- Lake Street from General Greene Avenue to Park Avenue
Officials said a detour will be required on Bacon Street and Lake Street while paving those intersections, with significant delays expected.

"We strongly recommend seeking alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic," the town said.
