Natick Rollover Crash Downs Utility Pole On Route 9
A Sunday crash in Natick closed Route 9 for a period as repairs were needed for downed utility poles and wires.

NATICK, MA — A Sunday afternoon car crash in Natick closed a portion of Route 9 for a few hours, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation said.
The rollover crash happened around 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, resulting in a downed utility pole and wires.
Traffic was detoured on Route 9 eastbound at Walnut Street while repairs were made to the downed pole and wiring, causing delays.

However, Route 9 reopened throughout the day, with the left lane opening around 4:20 p.m. and all lanes opening by 9 p.m., MassDOT said.
