A New Farm-To-Table Restaurant For Natick?
The owners of the farmhouse in Needham are reportedly bringing their concept to Natick by spring of 2018.

NATICK, MA—The 100-seat restaurant and bar Buttercup is opening in Natick Center, developed by the same people behind the farmhouse in Needham.
According to Bostonchefs.com, Dora Tavel-Sanchez Luz and Gabriel Sanchez, husband and wife team, have more than 45 years experience and hope to bring the farm-to-table concept to Buttercup. Buttercup will move in to the former American Legion building at 13 West Central St.
According to their Kickstarter campaign, the couple has signed a 10 year lease for the space and are raising near all the funds to create a new "neighborhood space."

"Buttercup will serve delicious food with ingredients sourced from our farm and other local farms," reads the campaign. "The ambiance of buttercup will be an upscale, casual, fun, communal vibe. Buttercup is a brand new shell of a space, that needs its restaurant nuts and bolts. The money raised will go towards some of the architectural touches we hope to add to the space by using restored barn board, to construct our eating counter and entryway. We are fundraising also to invite the community into the world of buttercup. This is not only our restaurant but yours, too. See you all in Spring 2018."
The campaign has raised $4,000 in a goal of $50,000.
