The competitive ADA grant recognizes the town’s commitment to improving access so more residents with disabilities can comfortably enjoy Natick’s outdoor amenities. 
• 'I miss the mundane.' Holliston rallies for family displaced by fire (metrowestdailynews.com) — A Holliston family displaced by a devastating Norfolk Street house fire is temporarily living in Natick while they work to rebuild their longtime home. Community support has poured in through GoFundMe campaigns and help from Holliston schools and sports programs, easing the loss of belongings, holiday traditions, and even the family dog. The story highlights both the hardship and the strong regional ties, including a Natick High graduate connection.
