Looking back at all the properties that have sold in Natick this year, colonials on Whispering Lane have been scooped up for the highest price.

Two colonials in the Sanctuary Estates Development sold in early January, both for $842,500.

The 3,605 square foot homes boat a master suite with a separate exercise area, a master bath with double sinks, central air and more.
