NEWTON, MA — A car has reportedly crashed into a home on Evergreen Avenue in Newton according to scanner reports. A 38-year-old man was thrown from the car, but early reports said he was conscious. Dispatchers said someone called in around 4:30 p.m. to report the Hyundai had rolled over and crashed into a yard on Evergreen Avenue. Early reports said the car was smoking.
