Newton Nomadic Theater Offers Photo Scavenger Hunt
While the theater's shut down, they've put together a few outside activities to keep families entertained.

NEWTON, MA — With the Newton Nomadic Theater — known for its story slams and entertaining performances — shut down because of the coronavirus, theater organizers have been finding ways to entertain and at the same time keep participants safely distanced from others.
The latest, Jerry Reilly of the Newton Nomadic Theater tells Patch, is that they've created three photo scavenger hunts that promise to take families around Newton's parks and delight and entertain.
The game he calls "Photo Hunter" takes adventurers to explore either Hemlock Gorge or Webster Woods or Upper Falls with a photo and a little big of direction.

"Photo Hunter is a totally visual scavenger hunt like activity," Reilly told Patch. "You follow a route from photo to photo and along the way there are surprises that you will find. Because it's purely visual it works for everyone from adults to very young kids."
The selling part, he said, is it's a safe outdoor activity for the whole family.
