Newtonville Village Day 2019
This is a free day of music, art and fun, sponsored by the Newtonville Area Council.

NEWTON, MA — Sunday, Walnut Street will be full of happy faces as children and their families stroll down Walnut Street in honor of the eighth annual Newtonville Village Day. The day will celebrate Newtonville's 172nd anniversary with a free day of music, art and fun, sponsored by the Newtonville Area Council.
From noon to 5 p.m., the road will be closed to traffic. In its place will be a block party with live music, performances and plenty to keep you busy. There will even be train rides and bounce house for children. Look for food, caricature artists and possibly robots.
The celebration here started in 2012.
