$2 Million Powerball Winner Sold At North Andover Store

Wednesday's Powerball drawing was for a $1.27 billion jackpot.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold at a North Andover store, according to Mass Lottery.

The winner came in the Wednesday night drawing for a $1.27 billion jackpot. No one hit the jackpot in the latest drawing, meaning the top Powerball prize has ballooned to $1.5 billion.

The lucky ticket in North Andover was sold at Winner's Corner Market at 2302 Turnpike St. The ticket matched the first five numbers but not the Powerball number and was purchased as PowerPlay ticket.

The numbers for Wednesday's drawing were 25-33-53-62-66 and Powerball 17.

The next drawing will be Saturday.

There was another $2 million winner Wednesday's drawing in Arizona. There were also $1 million winners in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
