GoFundMe: Snyder Boys' Van Fund

Max and Sam Snyder like to get around. And they could use your help doing so.

The Snyder brothers have mitochondrial disease, kidney failure, profound developmental delays and have spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Their loved ones have launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to buy them a new van to take them to appointments, school, therapy and social activities. The van is about $60,000, and the family is hoping to raise $20,000 of that through their online campaign.
