Help for Kids, Pizza and Pit Bull Yoga This Weekend and North Andover

Your local guide to weekend fun.

Weather-wise, we're in for some rain on Friday followed by sunny days Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures in the 60s both days. Here are some fun things to do locally.

Kids' Theater: The Fairy Tale Players will perform "Jack and the Beanstalk" Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

Discount Pizza: Sal's Pizza will have its Customer Appreciation Day Saturday, and they're rolling back their price on 19-inch cheese pizzas to the 1990 price , $5.55. And 55 cents from each pizza will be donated to the United Way.

Tommy Strong: There will be a Tommy Strong Fundraiser Saturday starting at 5 p.m. at Jaime's. Enjoy some delicious food and buy some t-shirts and wristbands.

Gabby Road: Friends and family of Gabby Morgan, a little girl battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia, will host a fundraiser with raffles and more Saturday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the North Andover VFW Post 2104.

Pit Bull Yoga: On Sunday, the MSPCA at Nevins Farm will host Poses for Pit Bulls, a yoga class from 12 to 1:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Pit Pals Program, which provides low cost vaccinations and spay/neuter services for local Pit Bulls.
