The development comes from Singh Realty Group, LLC. The project would be at 1591 Osgood St. The proposal calls for a single four-story building with 15,290 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 38 units on the upper three floors. Out of that number, five units would be set aside as affordable units as stipulated by state law. Plans also call for 112 parking spaces along with upgrades to stormwater management, lighting, landscaping, and other improvements. The existing property includes Jimmy's Pizza Bar and The Cork Shop. The rear of the property is currently used as a contractor yard.
