Large Mixed-Use Project Pitched In North Andover
A proposal calls for construction of a retail and residential building at a site that currently has a restaurant and liquor store.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A developer is pitching a new mixed-use project with 38 residential units and ground-floor retail and self-storage space in North Andover.
A public hearing for the project was held at Tuesday's Planning Board meeting. The development comes from Singh Realty Group, LLC.
The project would be at 1591 Osgood St. The proposal calls for a single four-story building with 15,290 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 38 units on the upper three floors.

Out of that number, five units would be set aside as affordable units as stipulated by state law.
Plans also call for 112 parking spaces along with upgrades to stormwater management, lighting, landscaping, and other improvements.

The existing property includes Jimmy's Pizza Bar and The Cork Shop. The rear of the property is currently used as a contractor yard.
