Logistics/Warehousing Company Moves Into Ozzy Properties

There's a new business moving into town.

List Logistics has leased 157,000 square feet of space at Osgood Landing, Building 70. With locations across the northeast, the company handles third party logistics and warehousing and will use the North Andover space as a distribution and warehouse facility.

"List is very pleased to open another site in Massachusetts," List Logistics President George Schindler said in a statement Thursday. "Our business has continued to experience steady growth and the North Andover building allows us to better service our existing and new clients."

The vast North Andover space allows for List to continue their expansion, offering services like fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, cross-docking, freight and transportation services and more.

"List’s footprint continues to grow," Executive Vice President Kevin Fisher said. "While our backbone has been the northeast, our business and customer base is driving us both South and West as well. We anticipate adding more locations in other key distribution hubs across the United States in the very near future."
