Merrimack College Hosting Health Sciences Open House Wednesday
The event offers information about grad programs in Community Health Education, Health and Wellness Management, and Exercise Science.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA —Merrimack College is hosting an open house for its School of Health Sciences graduate programs on Wednesday.
The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Arcidi Welcome Center, located at 315 Turnpike St. Registration is available online.
The open house is for students interested in the master of science programs in Community Health Education, Health and Wellness Management or Exercise and Sports Science.

In the Community Health Education program, students can prepare to work in the public, private or nonprofit sectors for careers that help individuals, families and whole communities live healthier lives.
The Health and Wellness Management program equips students for leadership careers in corporate wellness, public health, fitness programming and related fields.

Meanwhile, the Exercise and Sports Science program offer hands-on preparation for careers in health promotion, exercise physiology and related fields. The Strength and Conditioning concentration is recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Attendees at Wednesday's event will have an opportunity to meet with Nicholas SantaBarbara, graduate director, and other faculty within Merrimack's School of Health Sciences. There also will be a chance to tour the campus and health sciences facilities.
