- Senator K.A. O'Connor Ives won her uncontested race.
- Senator Bruce Tarr won his uncontested race.
- Representative Diana DiZoglio won her uncontested race.
- James Lyons, Jr., won the house seat in the 18th Essex district.
- Anne Manning-Martin won North Andover with 80 votes over Essex County Sheriff-Elect Kevin Coppinger.
- Question 1 (slots) lost.
- Question 2 (charter schools) lost.
- Question 3 (free-range chickens) won.
- Question 4 (recreational marijuana) lost.
