North Andover COVID-19 Positive Rate Still Falling, Back Below 5%
The town reported 86 coronavirus cases over the last two weeks, according to the latest state data.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover's coronavirus case count and positive rate continue to fall rapidly, according to the latest Department of Public Health report.
The town's positive rate fell below 5 percent for the first time since the Dec. 9 report. Over the last two weeks, 38.7 percent of tests in town came back positive, down from 5.67 percent in the prior report.
There were 86 cases over the last two weeks, or 20.3 daily cases per 100,000 residents. In last week's report, the town reported 133 cases.

As of Thursday's report, 85.9 percent of residents were at least partially vaccinated, 77.3 percent were fully vaccinated and 44.9 percent had received a booster dose.
