The North Andover Garden Club’s Annual Plant Sale is scheduled for Sunday, June 5th, 10:00am-2:00pm, rain or shine, and will be held at the North Andover Middle School, 495 Main Street, North Andover.
A wide selection of beautiful, nursery quality, perennials will be available, along with some shrubs. The plants are all locally grown and hardy to this area. Garden Club members and Youth Center volunteers will be on hand to assist and help answer questions. Check or cash is preferred, however credit cards will be accepted.
This is the Garden Club’s main fundraiser and proceeds support beautification projects throughout the community, special projects like the new pollinator beds at town hall, garden therapy at local senior facilities, a yearly $1,500 high school scholarship, horticultural lectures open to the public, and much more. The NAGC was established in 1920 and since then has strived to encourage participation in conservation, to advance horticulture education and to promote civic beautification. Our members are actively involved in the Club’s activities and new members are always welcome.
