North Andover Music Students Selected for MMEA and ACDA Ensembles

Courtney Igbinosa, Henry Wright, Luke Ralph, and Theresa Lister to represent NAHS and NAMS in regional music festivals.

Three North Andover High School music students will perform in the Massachusetts Music Educators Association (MMEA) All-State Festival at Symphony Hall, Boston, on March 5th.

Luke Ralph, ’23, trumpet, was selected for the MMEA All-State Concert Band, while Courtney Igbinosa ’22, alto, and Henry Wright ’23, bass, were chosen for the All-State Choir, following their successful January auditions.

Ralph, Igbinosa, and Wright were also previously selected for MMEA Senior District Festival which has been postponed.

In addition, North Andover Middle School student, Theresa Lister, ’26, successfully auditioned for the MMEA Junior District Chorus and will perform in the Junior Festival Concert at the Galvin Middle School in Wakefield on March 26th.

Igbinosa and Wright were also recently selected to participate in the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Eastern Region Conference in Boston. A concert was performed on February 12th.
