NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover declared a parking ban beginning at midnight Thursday in response to an expected snowstorm.
A winter storm warning has been issued for most of the state, including North Andover. The town could get over a foot of snow, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

Parking ban
During a snow emergency, parking is banned on almost all streets in town. The parking ban will run from midnight Thursday to midnight Saturday.
