North Andover Youth & Recreation Services Now Hiring Summer Positions
NAYRS hires about 150 summer workers for positions like lifeguard and counselor. Applicants must be in 9th grade or above and at least 15.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover Youth and Recreation Services (NAYRS) has announced that applications are available now for part-time summer employment.
Applications can be accessed through a Google Form or can be picked up at the front desk at the Youth Center, located at 33 Johnson St. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on Jan. 27.

NAYRS said it hires approximately 150 people each summer as lifeguards, gate attendants, summer program counselors, basketball referees and program aides. Applicants must be at least in 9th grade and 15 years old.

NAYRS, which began in 1988, also hires about 30 part-time employees during the school year —fall, winter and spring — for positions like room supervision, front desk and program aides.
That application is available online, though the organization said it is done hiring for the Winter 2022-23 season.
