North Andover's Lots Of Laughs Announces Upcoming Comedy Shows
Run by Johnny Pizzi, the club located at Joe Fish will welcome Pizzi, Lenny Clarke, Danny Gill and Mike Donovan in the coming weeks.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Johnny Pizzi's Lots of Laughs Comedy Lounge has announced details about several upcoming shows in January and February, including one featuring nationally known comic Lenny Clarke.
The lounge is located in Joe Fish Seaford Restaurant and Bar, 1120 Osgood St. Information about purchasing tickets is available on the Lots of Laughs website.
Lots of Laughs re-opened in November after being housed for 14 years at North Andover's China Blossom Restaurant. Popular comic, magician and mentalist Johnny Pizzi runs the club and is a regular on the Lots of Laughs Stage.

Pizzi is not scheduled to perform at Lots of Laughs' next show, which is on the calendar for Jan. 28. That 7 p.m. show will feature Danny Gill, Rockin' Joe Herbert and John Perrotta.
Gill is a former college football linebacker whose high-energy style makes has made him popular at comedy shows around New England.

Herbert has been performing original song parodies for more than 25 years. He has hosted several morning shows in New England and worked with comedy legends like Tommy Chong, Joe Rogan and Pat Cooper.
Herbert founded the Rhode Island Comedy Hall of Fame in 2011.
Perrotta has been compared to legendary insult comic Don Rickles and is known for his rapid-fire delivery of one-liners. He was voted Providence's best comedian in 2008.
At 7 p.m. on Feb. 4, Lots of Laughs will host a show featuring Mike Donovan, Greg Howell and Gill.
Donovan is a South Boston native who regularly works in clubs in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. He has been featured on TV shows like "NESN Comedy All-Stars," ESPN's "Sportscenter," and Fox's "Best Damn Sports Show Period."
According to show organizers, Howell regularly offers a funny take on race relations in Boston.
Clarke is scheduled to perform in a 7 p.m. show on Feb. 10, which also will feature Chris Zito and Pizzi.
Clarke has been a star on the local and national comedy scene for years. He owns Giggles Comedy Club in Saugus and has appeared in movies like "Fever Pitch" and "Southie," and even had his own sitcom "Lenny" in 1990.
Zito is an actor, comedian and radio host, who currently does mornings on 96-1 SRS in Worcester.
Pizzi specializes in close-up stage magic and mentalism, has been a fixture on the Boston and New England comedy scenes for over 30 years and has performed with comedy giants like Sam Kinison, Denis Leary, Bill Burr, Louis C.K. and Dane Cook.
In addition to performing at his own club, Pizzi is a regular at Clarke's club in Saugus and at Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort. He's also a popular performer on the corporate circuit and regularly participates in charitable fundraisers and benefit concerts.
Plus, Pizzi's press materials have referred to him as the Unofficial Magician of the New England Patriots.

- 7 p.m. on Feb. 11: Mike Hanley, Chris Zito, Johnny Pizzi
- 7 p.m. on Feb. 18: Steve Sweeney, Scott Higgins and TBD
- 7 p.m. on Feb. 25: Artie Januario, Mitch Stinson and Johnny Pizzi.
