Storm Closes North Andover Roads, Leads To Trash Pickup Delay

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A Nor'easter that brought wind, rain, and snow to the region has led to the closure of several North Andover roads.

According to police, Summer Street and Abby Lane is impassable due to a tree and wires in the road.

Johnson Street between Mill Road and Hollyridge Road also had a tree and electrical wires down.

There are issues on Fanham Street and Middleton Road as well.

Due to the weather, Trash and Recycling Collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week.

Temporary road closures are currently in place on the following roads:

Johnson Street closed between Rea and Mill
Middleton Road at the Andover LineSummer Street at Abby LaneWinter Street in the area of #252Evergreen Drive in the area of #38
Granville Lane in the area of #200
Meadowood Road in the area of #81
