Project 351 is a nonprofit geared at having representatives perform service projects in each of the 351 Massachusetts cities and towns."In an effort to <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/northandover/stevens-memorial-library-project-351-stone-garden-cards-heroes">honor the lives lost</a> during the September 11th attacks we are gathering patriotic stones to create a garden outside of the Stevens Memorial Library," North Andover's 2021 Project 351 Ambassador Brooke O'Desky wrote. "We are asking you to paint/decorate a rock with patriotic colors and respectful messages.
