The bivalent versions of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccines provides the most up-to-date protection against the original coronavirus strains, as well as the newer Omicron variants.

Moderna bivalent vaccines, for ages 6 and up
Moderna bivalent vaccines, for ages 12 and up
Pfizer/BioNTech bivalent vaccine, for ages 5 and up
Pfizer/BioNTech bivalent vaccine, for ages 12 and up
Walk-in appointments available, pre-registration is preferred

Please bring your CDC COVID vaccine card and insurance card
You don’t need to get bivalent vaccines from the same manufacturer as your previous dose.
You must complete the primary series vaccination or recent booster dose at least two months prior to receiving the bivalent booster dose.
