The bivalent versions of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccines provides the most up-to-date protection against the original coronavirus strains, as well as the newer Omicron variants.

  •  Moderna bivalent vaccines, for ages 6 and up

  •  Moderna bivalent vaccines, for ages 12 and up

  •  Pfizer/BioNTech bivalent vaccine, for ages 5 and up

  •  Pfizer/BioNTech bivalent vaccine, for ages 12 and up

    Walk-in appointments available, pre-registration is preferred

    Please bring your CDC COVID vaccine card and insurance card

  • You don’t need to get bivalent vaccines from the same manufacturer as your previous dose.

    • You must complete the primary series vaccination or recent booster dose at least two months prior to receiving the bivalent booster dose.
