Town Of North Andover Issues Advice Ahead Of Storm

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The town is offering advice on how residents can prepare for their second winter storm in recent days.

Unlike the previous storm, which pummeled the region with more than a foot of snow, this one is expected to be mostly rain.

Here's the advice the town is giving:

A flood watch starts 7 p.m. Tuesday for the state and lasts into Wednesday. A wind advisory will begin 5 p.m. Tuesday.
