Town Of North Andover: Updates And Information For Upcoming Vaccine Clinics (12/2 And 12/3)

As you may be aware, GLFHC is putting on two vaccination clinics this week.  Please note the following information and updates. The first clinic is on Thursday (12/2) from 2-6pm at the North Andover High School. The second clinic is Friday (12/3) from 3-7pm at the North Andover Middle School Cafeteria. All appointments are for individuals who have already registered. Unfortunately no additional appointments can be made at this time for either clinic, and no walk-in appointments will be taken at either clinic.  All patients who are registered will need to complete a consent form for this appointment (please click here).  This must be done even if a consent form was completed for a previous appointment.  Please bring your vaccination card with you so that it can be updated at the clinic. If you did not register for either clinic but would like to receive a vaccination at another time in the future, please visit https://glfhc.org/covid-19-vaccine-signup-form/ to register for an appointment with the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center.
